Alfredo Nachos

Ingredients

• 1 cup mozzarella cheese
• 2 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
• La Cocina tortilla chips

For alfredo sauce:

• 1 cup cream cheese
• 3/4 cup grated parmesan
• 1/2 cup margarine
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 tsp garlic
• 1/2 tsp parsley

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients for alfredo sauce, bring to a boil, and set aside.
2. Layer tortilla chips in a baking pan. Top with chicken. Sprinkle cheese on top.
3. Broil in the oven till cheese bubbles.
4. Drizzle with alfredo sauce to serve.
