Bacon & Bean Dip
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 14-ounce cans refried beans
- 1 packet Ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- La Cocina Thick Cut Tortilla Thips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 °F. Lightly spray 9×9-inch dish with cooking spray.
- Set aside 1/2 cup bacon for later. Mix remaining bacon, refried beans and taco seasoning. Spread evenly on bottom of the baking dish.
- Mix sour cream and Ranch dressing mix. Spread evenly over bacon and bean layer.
- Top with cheese and 1/2 cup set-aside bacon.
- Bake until cheese is melted and edges are lightly golden brown.
- Serve with La Cocina Thick Cut Tortilla Chips and enjoy!
