Breakfast Lasagna
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds sausage, browned
- 2 pounds bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups marble cheese, shredded
- 8 La Cocina 6" Corn Tortillas
- 10 eggs
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 °F.
- Spray 9×13 pan with cooking spray.
- Stir together browned sausage, 1/2 the cheese and 1/2 the bacon bits in a large bowl.
- Cover the bottom of the pan with meat and cheese mixture. Cover with a layer of La Cocina 6″ Corn Tortillas. Repeat layers until pan is filled about 1/8″ from the top.
- Mix together eggs, flour and heavy cream. Pour over meat and tortilla layers.
- Mix remaining cheese and bacon bits and sprinkle on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes. Remove foil and bake for additional 10 minutes or until set and cheese is melted.
- Serve and enjoy!
