  1. To char the corn: heat up a frying pan. Add ¼ cup drained, whole kernel corn. Make
    sure to mix it often so that it doesn’t get too burnt. Cook until preferred level of
    charred is reached. Remove from pan.
  2. Mix all ingredients together. (Hint: mix the avocados in right before serving so that
    they don’t turn brown).
  3. Serve with La Cocina chips and enjoy!
