Loaded Nachos
Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- Tomato, diced
- Lettuce, shredded
- Cheese, shredded
- Avocado, diced
- Orange pepper, diced
- Purple onion, diced
- Salsa
- Sour Cream
- Queso
- Black beans, rinsed and drained
- La Cocina Thick Cut Tortilla Chips
Directions
- Brown ground beef on heated skillet. Add water and taco seasoning. Cook until water has evaporated.
- Place a layer of La Cocina Thick Cut chips on a baking sheet. Add a layer of ground beef and shredded cheese. Bake at 350°F until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven. In layers, add tomato, avocado, orange pepper, purple onion, black beans and lettuce.
- Serve with sour cream, salsa, queso and guacamole. Enjoy!
