Directions

  1. Brown ground beef on heated skillet. Add water and taco seasoning. Cook until water has evaporated.
  2. Place a layer of La Cocina Thick Cut chips on a baking sheet. Add a layer of ground beef and shredded cheese. Bake at 350°F until cheese is melted.
  3. Remove from oven. In layers, add tomato, avocado, orange pepper, purple onion, black beans and lettuce.
  4. Serve with sour cream, salsa, queso and guacamole. Enjoy!
