Southern Ranch Tortilla Chip Dip
Ingredients
- 2 cups sour cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 packet Ranch dressing mix
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn (12 oz), drained and blackened
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 lime
- La Cocina Ranch Tortilla Chips
Directions
- Drain corn. Heat on low in cast iron frying pan until kernels start to brown.
- Mix cream cheese in electric mixer until smooth. Mix in sour cream until well incorporated.
- Add blackened corn and remaining ingredients. Squeeze lime wedges on top to serve.
- Serve with La Cocina Ranch Tortilla Chips and enjoy!
