Tajin Pico de Gallo

  1. Mix the tomatoes, sweet onion and Jalapeno together.
  2. Mix in the lime juice, salt, cilantro and Tajin. Mix well to incorporate all the flavors.
  3. Let sit for at least 15 minutes in the fridge (or preferably 12 hours).
  4. Serve with La Cocina Original Tortilla chips and enjoy

Hint: to change up the flavors, try leaving out the Tajin and adding 1 cup of finely chopped Pineapple!
