  1. Mix tomatoes, peppers and onion.
  2. Add lime juice, salt, cilantro and Tajín. Mix well.
  3. Refrigerate for 15 minutes – 12 hours. Flavours will incorporate better over time.
  4. Serve with La Cocina Original Tortilla chips and enjoy!

As an alternative, replace Tajín with 1 cup of finely chopped pineapple.
